This page explains the website’s browser storage, external video player, images and hunting information. Contact Due North Marketing with questions about the site or a correction.
Privacy and browser storage
This website has no contact submission or account signup. It uses Statcounter for visit statistics. The counter script and its image connect to Statcounter independently of the video setting. Directory searches and filters run in your browser; their text is not sent to Due North Marketing.
The packing checklist saves ticked items in this browser when storage is available. The saved list is not sent to us. The checklist reset button clears the ticked items.
The small cookie banner offers “Keep videos off” and “Allow videos”. We save your choice in this browser. “Keep videos off” keeps outside videos off until you load them for a visit; “Allow videos” loads LodgeStream automatically. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change the choice.
The hosting provider may keep routine access logs, including an IP address, requested page and time. Those hosting records are separate from the checklist and directory filters.
LodgeStream and external websites
LodgeStream is supplied through ontariofishing.ca ↗. The embedded page loads after you select “Load LodgeStream” or allow videos through the cookie banner.
Loading the player connects your browser to its external page and video providers. They may receive technical details such as your IP address and use their own cookies or statistics. Their privacy settings apply to those services.
The new-tab link opens the external player directly. Camp, source and publisher links also take you to other websites. Read the privacy pages on those sites before sending them personal details.
Stopping video loading saves “Keep videos off” and unloads this page’s embedded player. It does not delete cookies already set by an external provider; use your browser settings to clear those.
Email and contact
Email links open your own email service. If you send a message, you provide your email address and the contents to Due North Marketing. Please send only the details needed for your question.
For questions about a message you sent, or a request concerning that message, email info@duenorthmarketing.com or call 705-753-2387.
Images and generated scenery
Generated scenery is used for general views and may include living moose. It does not show a client’s property, outpost, hunting unit or current animal conditions. Use official wildlife photographs and guidance for animal identification.
The Green Wilderness Lodge photograph shows that client’s property. Client logos were supplied by the listed businesses and are used to identify the listed businesses. The vintage pencil moose head is the website’s own logo.
No image is a promise of hunting access, tag availability, an animal encounter or a hunting result.
Hunting information and dated sources
Hunting decisions must follow current Ontario law, open seasons and the conditions on your licence and tag. Read the official sources and the tag’s instructions before travelling. Published season tables on this site are labelled 2026 and contain selected units, not every Ontario season.
The field guides do not replace hunter education, practical instruction, equipment-maker directions or a qualified guide. Identify the animal, use safe handling and pass up an uncertain shot.
Historical passages from the 1901 moose book are dated history. Population estimates are labelled with their survey years and methods. A past survey is not a count of animals currently beside a camp.
Camp listings and bookings
Listings promote businesses in Due North Marketing’s tourism network. A published moose offer does not promise a current opening or a tag. Older advertised package years are stated where known.
Contact the operator to confirm the hunting area, eligibility, tag route, package services, charges and cancellation terms. Due North Marketing does not take hunt bookings or payments through this website.
